VAULT PLOT ADDS "SHEET PROPERTIES" WINDOW TO DESKTOP

Every time I run the Vault PLOT command I end up with this small window called SHEET PROPERTIES in the top left of my display, and I can move or close it except by closing Vault Workgroup. Any ideas?
