Unusual Log-In Issue

We are running Vault Pro 2013 and all of our users utilize their Windows Authentication accounts to log into Vault.

Admins & Library Editors also have unique IDs & passwords for those function.

Everything is working great except for two of our employees who get the following error when trying to log into Vault.

Vault Error.JPG

These two users get this error no matter what machine they try to log on with, while other users can log into Vault with no issue on those same machines.

This issue exists for both our Production Vault as well as our Test Vault.

It is only these two users that have this issue.

Obviously there must be a setting missing from their Windows account.

Anyone have any idea on how to resolve this?

What is recorded in the Vault logs when this happens?

Have you tried demoting the users back to normal vault users and then repromoting them?

Nothing appears in the Vault Logs when either of these users try to log in.

Its as if they are never reaching the Vault.

UPDATE... Haven't been able to check this workflow since both users are out on a field assignment.  Will check and post results when they get back in the office.

Thanks
