Strange default Rev Number configuration in Vault 2015

Hello everybody,
There is a strange configuration for the UDP "Rev Number" in Vault 2015.

Default UDP "Rev Number" configuration has this mapping:

File    Inventor    Rev Number    Text    Standard    Vault <-> Document    Yes
File    Inventor    File Size    Number    Standard    Vault <-- Document    No

You can see it in the attachment. (Excuse me, I don't have an English version.)

After Check in some .ipt file, is it's file size in "Rev Number" UDP.

This configuration causes mistake in Property Comliance - "Noncompliant equivalence", see
the second attachment. It isn't in English, but I think you understand.

Do you happen to know, why is that? I mean, why there is this default configuration with File Size.

Thank you, enjoy your day.

I just created a new vault with the 2015 RTM and I only have one mapping for the Inventor provider for the "Rev Number" user-defined-property (UDP), and it is a bi-directional mapping to the "Rev Number" content-source-property (CSP).  Therefore I don't think this is a default mapping.

If you create a new test vault, is this mapping there?

In any case, I recommend removing that mapping (if you haven't already) as it should not be there.

Hi Dave,
thank you for your answer.
Yes, fully new Vault database hasn't it. I dove into that problem and I've got suspicion
that it's some remainder from Vault 2014 database. I've brought set up from Vault 2014 configuration
into new Vault 2015. BUT the Vault 2014 configuration HASN'T that strange mapping Rev Number raw.

It's mystery. It could be born during backup of the configuration Vault 2014, maybe.
Some defunct record in SQL Vault 2014 database.....
I make some tests with Rev Number and Revision in Vault 2014 recently, it's the truth. But "file size" ... ?

Thank you, enjoy your day.

Do you by any chance have an export of your 2014 configuration that you could share with us? -Dave
