Set-up Job Processor for DWF.create jobs for non-CAD files?

My interest to the topic began when one our Vault user non-intentionally generated pack of DWF.create jobs for non-CAD files.

That time I smiled and generated an idea of preventing senceless jobs - http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Vault-IdeaStation/Fool-Proof-regarding-FileExtension-for-Create-DWF-jo....

After a while I found out that DWF can be created for non-CAD files if special virtual printer http://usa.autodesk.com/dwf-writer/ is used.

Next I realized that such visualised non-CAD files could have some niche application.

Now I'd like to know if it possible to set up JobProcessor in such a way that it take and successfully complete DWF.create job for, let say, XLS-file?

Any ideas?

PS: My current thought - it either should be blocked or allow complete automatization.
