Red cross in Vault-Window

Hello,

 

one of our customers has a problem with Vault Workgroup 2011.

From time to time there is only a big red cross in the Vault window. This affects the Preview window or the Documents window (see my screenshot). Restart Vault solves the problem. Till it comes again eventually!

Has anyone seen this and can help us?

 

We have set Connection Timeout on ADMS-Console from 1000 to 9000. However the problem comes again from time to time.

I believe this will come down to repairing .NET

Depending on the OS, you may need to run the System Filechecker (SFC /SCANNOW) from the command prompt to repair some parts of .NET.
