Plot from vault issue - HP Designjet 500 42"

Hi there,

I have had a problem when trying to plot using our designjet plotter.

1.) The default printer is our Gestetner (A4 & A3). Is there a way I can change the printer for all the drawings in a plot job instead of selecting the printer from the drop down on each sheet?

2.) When selecting the HP Designjet 500 plotter, the paper size options do not match what we use. I have created a saved print configuration which can be selected when plotting from Inventor but it is not selectable from the batch plot function in vault. Any ideas how I can select my custom saved plot configuration from the vault batch plot feature so that the drawing is plotted to our sheet size (A2, A1 or A0)

Hello,

For 1) You should be able to mark (select) in the dialog box of the Plot Manager all documents and change the device for all of them by selecting the desired printer from the drop down list in the bottom part of the dialog box.
