When opening DWG's from vault explorer, a new instance of AutoCAD opens eveytime. Is there a way to only have 1 instance of AutoCAD open when opening from vault explorer.
I know this is little help but so far i have seen no solution to this once it 'infects' your machine.
It happens randomly on machines installed identically and does not only affect AutoCAD but Inventor also.
I can select items in windows explorer and they open in an open program but from vault explorer is loads a new instance every time. so far i have not found the cause either and am tempted to uninstall and reinstall but this seems extreme to solve what is probably a small fix. not at least time consuming.
