I have repeatedly having problems adding messages with attachments from my outlook to Vault2013 pro. The Check in window is there and I point to the proper folder location, make a comment and hit OK!
The Files are not in the Vault!!!
Any ideas what my problems are?

Could you provide more information about the problem?
1, What command do you use to check in file? Check In command, or auto- show check in dialog when outlook folder recevices email via Folder mapping?
2, Is there any error during the check in work flow? do you mean that, everything works well except the files wasn't be checked in to vault? what kind of message, just common email with attachment?
