Hello

Have you tried the suggestions in the following KB articles:
(Found on Autodesk.com - select Technical Support - Select product "Vault"
and search for "1603"

http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/item?siteID=123112&id=10032702&linkID=9261340

http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/item?siteID=123112&id=9979646&linkID=9261340

If you have tested these solution - and still have the problem - please
contact your reseller for opening a support case (or if you have a direct
support open a case through that system). Ususlly it will involve collecting
a number of log files and continually conversation back and forth - which
makes communication in a Newsgroup less suited for handling a problem like
this.

I already tried all the solutions found in the discussion group before i post the problem including the 2 solutions you sent and nothing works for us. I troubleshoot the problem using discussion group help and it keeps me awake from 10 pm till 7am. I'm working as technical support here in an ATC in the Philippines. And if we are not going to resolve the problem asap we will reformat the units affected which we know it will work this time.

Hi again

I'm sorry to hear that the problem is not resoleved. If you have the
priviledge of a "clean" test system - your idea about doing a fresh install
might be the fastest way to get it going. As you mention you are an ATC - I
guess you might have a number of other software packages each requiring
their own settings - so a new installation on a clean setup could be a good
place to start. Otherwise - use your contact in the ATC network to get some
help to get it resolved, if this does not work.
