Hi everyone,
I'm trying to upload files with Autodesk Autoloader for Vault Professional, but in the scan step the message is displayed. Do you have any idea of this issue?
This message is showed in different computers, therefore, we discard that can be a machine trouble.

But try some of the sthing in here especially step 24 which as you upload different file types at a time.
Make sure you have all the latest service packs and hotfixes as well.
