Error 1309 During Vault 2009 Install

Afternoon all,

Please take a look at the attached screenshot. I am experiencing a strange problem installing Vault 2009, problem occurs when running from either CD or when copied locally. It's complaining it can't find files during the install. If I browse the location stated sure enough the file doesn't exist... not sure what more I can do. If I click Ignore then it just prompts for the next file.

Does anyone else have a CD they can check to see if the file exists on theirs.

Hi Graeme,

Yes, I can find the file in our installer, there must be something wrong with your media. Please check with your reseller on this.
