Corrupted Inventor files

After checking in a Large Assembly (Assembly .IAM is over 47 megs), it looks like they were corrupted in Vault.  The next day when checking out the assembly, about 1/2 the files did not open (,ipt).  got the following error [attatched].

I had to replace all the .IDW's with older versions.

Was this caused by network latency?  Our file server's CPU  was pegged last week (when it happened) , doing a remote backup.  Vault server was not being backup up but is on the same network switch.

Look at the logs on the day/time of the error. Logs might give a hint to what happened. Vault logs are usually stored in:  C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Vaultserver\Filestore
