Cannot rename folder .. it contains or references one or more inaccessible files

On attempt to rename Inventor models that are Configuration Factories one of our users keep getting message "Cannot rename folder because it contains or references one or more inaccessible files":

As a result files got renamed but Configuration Members folder left with initial name.

Same renaming using admin account goes without errors or warnings.

None of configuration members or factories is referencing (or used in) files that the unlucky user don't have access to.

Any ideas regarding what might be the root of problem?

Vault Pro 2014 SR1 SP1 CH1 (build 18.101.3.10)

Inventor SP2.
