Cannot apply Hotfix on Windows7

I'm trying to apply the above hotfix on our workstations. On the only Win7-64b workstation the hotfix won't install. The progress bar goes to 80% and then progress stops, keeping the window open and must kill the process to go away.

There may be something other than Windows 7 going on here.

What are your versions and bitnesses (64 or 32) of these applications:

- Any CAD applications (Inventor, ACAD, etc.)

- Microsoft Office

Inventor 2013 64bit

Copy the hotfix to your local machine, select the hotfix and "Run as administrator". I used to have the same experience, but finally get resolved by the solution above. Hope this is helpful.

"Run as administrator" is the first thing I always do. But no success.

Ok, after doing in administrator session an installation repair the hot-fix installs well.
