What method did you use to uninstall the client?

I used the standard windows uninstall, but this one did run into a error. So I had to break of the uninstall.
Then I used Revo uninstaller Pro to uninstall. The link disaperaed from my desktop and also the program directories where removed and a lot of registeries.
Hopefully you can help.
Have you since gone back into Control Panel to see if it is gone from there? If the uninstall failed, there are probably registry entries that are still intact that make it appear as if the program is still there.

Hi Ad.Aarsman
Please try to use the Microsoft FixIt utility to remove the remainder of the application that is still loaded on your workstation.
I tried Fix-it but the program is asking for a product code, which I don't know.
(Program was not listed)
Can you help me with the product code, it is something like the attachment.
Thanks in advance.
Chris,
it is gone from the Control Panel.
I'am now trying Fix-it.
Maybe I am coming back to you when this is not working.
Thanks

Hallo,
I did found the key (product code) in a log file and with this key the fixit tool did uninstall the vault program.
Only when I install it again it starts installing but gives the following error:
Installation complete. Some product failed to install.
See attached installation log file.
Maybe you can do something with this log file.
Thanks

I have used this a lot and it has worked flawlessly. Don't bother with Revo (trial) etc. 🙂
Hallo David and Chris,
After several tries with Fix-it and with the correct product code it succeded finaly.
Thanks for your help.
