I have a particular drawing that will open up from Vault just fine in AutoCad Vanilla, but freezes Civil 3D when I try to open it from the Vault. The task manager does not acually say that AutoCad Civil3D is not responding until I attempt to close it . The drawing does contain surfaces and alignments. Other drawings containing similar data don't have this issue. After waiting about half an hour for the drawing to open this message popped up. (see attachment).
This was on Vault 2014 Professional SP0 and client 2014 SP0. We have since upgraded both to SP1, but continue to get a similar error. I will get a screen show of that next time it pops up.

Which version of Civil 3D you are using and what is the service pack you have installed for Civil 3D?
