Add new Vault properties to Report Template?

We recently consolidated properties in the Vault and added some new ones.  The new properties need added to a transmittal report.  How is this accomplished?  I am using the fyi reporting "rdl designer" and cannot see the new properties to add to the report template.  Autodesk?

Here are the steps:

1. Save a copy of the RDLC files you want to modify.
2. Go to the Explorer folder of your Vault client install.
3. Run ReportTemplateAuthoringUtility
4. Log in
5. Run the File->Open command and select the RDLC file.
6. Select the properties you want to use in your report.
   
7. Save your changes and exit the utility.
8. Open the report template in an RDLC editor.
9. You should now be able to use your new properties in the grid.
