Using Vault 2013 Collaboration web browser, when we conduct a search, all versions of a drawing are displayed.
Is there a way for it to display only the latest version of a drawing?...Thanks
You can use "Latest Version is true" criterial for search. See below pic:
As this is not API-related question, I'd suggest you to post it in Autodesk Vault forum, where you should be able to get answer quicker. 🙂
Barbara, do you know if there is a way to make the "Latest Version Is True" as a default property with any other search property? We really only want our general users to see the latest version of a file. Thanks
This is exactly the same problem I am trying to resolve. Has anyone got any comments on the matter please??? It is a serious problem for us that production will be able to see all previous released revisions....
We only want them to see the LATEST RELEASED REVISION when using the standard search function and not having to use the advanced search.
If there is a way we can set the basic search to use a limitation criteria as shown above by default then that would also be fine. We only want the end user to have to type in the part number they are searching for and receive the result of only the Latest released revision.
Thanks
