Can I query libraries (Content Center) with Vault WS API? I want to make a search on a custom library like we can make in the user interface in the content center.

While there is a web-service that Content Center uses for "remote" content, it is not considered part of the Vault SDK.

 

But in any case, since I would presume you would want it to work with both desktop content and remote content, I believe your answer is in the Inventor API; and to get assistance with that I would suggest posting to the relevant Inventor forum.
