Copy files from Local Folder to Vault Folder

Is it possible to copy files from a Local Folder with the Vault Folder.

I have a folder in Vault like

$/CorpVault/Site1/100500-MATL

On my Local Drive i have a folder

c:\CorpVault/Site1/100500-MATL

If i add files in my Local Folder it should sync automatically with the Vault Folder.

If the file already exist i dont want to overwrite it.

Is it possible ?

Possible?  Yes ... but you would have to write the customization to do that as this is not an out-of-the-box feature in any Vault product.
