Symbol size

I have just upgraded from AUD 2014 to AUD 2015. After converting my template file to 2015 my AUD feature symbols are being inserted at a reduced scale than before. All other blocks insert as expected. even when I insert an AUD feature as a regular block if inserts at the correct size. It happen only when inserting an AUD feature, ie pole, vault, transformer, etc.

Very frustrating. Any ideas. My audsymbolscale is set to 1. Not sure where else to look. All setting from in 2015 seem to be the same as they were in 2014.

Thanks in advance.

Jeremy

You tried Configuration -> Industry Model -> Styles?

I know how to create and size the symbols. The problem is when I upgraded to 2015 is when things change. Everything works fine in the 2014 version.

Here are some suggestions for troubleshooting the problem:

  • Are you using annotative scaling and annotative blocks? Support for annotative blocks was added in 2014 Extension 1.
  • Using the UNITS command, check the insert units of both the AUD drawing and any source blocks.
  • After inserting an AUD design feature. Use the regular INSERT command to insert the same block. Is the scaling different?
  • In the Industry Model Configuration, under Styles, check the Scale values for the styles.
  • Compare with AUD 2014 regarding the Styles, blocks, UNITS, etc. above.
  • In AUDOPTIONS, what supporting file locations are used for storing the blocks? Is it a custom path? Is the same path shared with 2014? Have any blocks been modified?
