First login to Topobase Admin. That will connect you to the database.
Then open the Workspace you want to create the Report for.
Once the Workspace is open, go to the Document menu and choose Report
Designer.
If you have sample data loaded, you should find an existing report that
might help you to understand the concept. In Oracle, the report definitions
are stored in the workspace's TB_RPT_* tables.
Also check the Autodesk help file for more information.
