Access to job manager-for job in progress status

Access to job manager-for job in progress status (Ctrl+J)

In previous revisions, when we open synergy, without opening any project, we could able to access 

job manager by clicking icon or (Ctl+J). But now we can't .

Generaly, when running any project with more number of elements, after launcing analysis, we close the syergy or study to reduce the load on  memory consumption. Then by clicking job manager, we will be keep an eye on status. But now we cant do the same.

We need to open any project or create a some dummay empty project, then only we can access job manager(either by Icon) or (Ctl+J).

Are you aware that you can access the job manager without any projects or studies open by expanding the "Launch" panel on the "Start & learn" ribbon?  See the image below for details.

Yes. I searched for that only .

I feel, May be location of the same should be easily visible.

As an addtion to this request, I think it would be very helpful to have the ablity to open job manager without opening mold flow.  This would save time when running larger analysis in the background to allow the ablity to check status of the analysis while utlizing less computing resources.
