More information when the mesher uses fallback tessellation method

Sometimes the geometry has some kind of defect that causes the mesher to crash and use the fallback tessellation method. This never produces a satisfactory quality mesh. Sometimes this happens even when running the geometry through CADdoctor.

It would be nice if the mesher provided any information, for example the identification of the surface/s, or whatever, that is causing the errors.
