Problem with modal analysis in 3d model

Hello

i've been having some problems with modal analysis in my shell structure (footbridge). I obtained same results due to deformation of structure (2,7 cm) as in my 2d model, but different results in modal analysis.

Also i have some warnings due to incoherent mesh on edges, mesh in overall seems pretty messed up here and i dont know what to do.

In my 2d model first mode is like 2,67 and here is completely different.

Im attaching 2d model here and my 3d shell model on upload site, due to its size:

http://speedy.sh/sBgDR/shell.rtd - FE mesh not done here because its 3x size as without mesh.

Thanks in advance.

http://www.filedropper.com/shell111

thanks for looking into it!

In 3d model you will have to make many simplifications etc to get similar results to 2D bar mdoel.

For example you will never get such  mode,as shown below, in 2D model.
