RSA 2015 OFFLINE HELP ERROR MESSAGE

Hello Everyone,

     I have no problem until today with RSA 2015 offline help..it was worked fine with out any problem.But today whenever I try to acces it.. a note pad window is coming with some information. I am attaching that notepad here for your kind review and suggestion to overcome it..

My RSA version number is 28.0.3.5472 (x64)

Make sure that .HTM / *.HTML file types are assigned to a proper program (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc.).
