Adding loads to 3D Solid Surfaces

Hi

I'm having trouble adding loads to my 3d solid that was imported via a *.sat file. I have seen other threads on this topic but I seem to have a slightly different probelm to what else I have seen.

When I try to add a surface load for instance I can not slect a certain surface or face of my solid - only the whole thing. When the whole thing is selected it then applys the load to one small face of the solid and seems to apply it twice in opposite directions.

Is there any way of seeing a list of my faces in a table and apply loads manuallu that way?

This is my first time using solid modelling so sorry if these questions are a little stupid!

I have attached the file also below.

Thank you for your time!

Best Regards

Oscar

In inserting surface load you can use this format:
4_SIDE(#) where # is the corresponding side in your model.sample.jpg
