Deleted Folders keep coming back

Hello People

We have set up a BIM360 Design Project.

We created some Folder in the Project Files. When we delete one of them, but after a certain time the folder is keep coming back. It doesnt matter who is deleting them and where. The Folder is back after ca. 10 minutes.

The Folder is empty.

Has anybody a tip?

best regards

David

Hello david.akeretPBGD8,

Thanks for contacting Autodesk.

This message was originally posted to the BIM 360 Team forum, but seems to be a BIM 360 Document Management issue. The posting has been moved into the Document Management forum for that reason.

Is Revit Cloud Worksharing being used on the project? If so, is this behavior being reported when users navigate to BIM 360 folders from within Revit? Do users see the same folders when logging into to the BIM 360 Document Management web application?

Are the deleted folders visible within the BIM 360 mobile application?

Thanks,

Don

Hi david.akeretPBGD8,

Is there any additional information to provide?

If the users are seeing the deleted folders only in Revit, please have the users log of Revit and close the Revit application, before attempting to log back in.

Thanks,

Don
