Harvest a Field Management Checklist to push or import into Account Admin

Currently if a Checklist was created in a project there is no easy way to export or import that template to the master Account copy.

This would be a nice feature to assist in harvesting good data for company admins to capture at the account level.

Currently the only options are to use the excel template to import, but there is no function to export to excel like in the old version.  You have to recreate this on the account admin side from scratch.
