BIM 360 Glue files did not process via API

To whom it may concern:

 

My client is having an issue with Glue & the Glue API. Many files for a large, high-profile project (17-20 files) are uploaded at 1AM each day, but it seems like 2-3 times a week, a few files upload to Glue, but then fail to process.

 

Please help. Why is Glue not processing the files?

 

See attached screenshots that further show what’s happening at random times. Reference the images below:
