Can not create Issue in project

I have all the permissions in BIM360 (I am the admin!)

But in one project I am not able to create an issue anymore???

In other projects I still can...

When I open a document and try to make an issue, it turns white

Hi @Renzo_van_Rijswijk,

 

We identified an issue which create is blank when the "Design" type is inactivated (in Project Admin > Services > Issues > Types). We are working on a fix.

 

Can you confirm if this is the case in your project?

Yes, that is correct. All the issue types had been set to inactive and I created one issue type in Dutch, with a number of subtypes. 

Now, the Design and Coordination are turned on again, and the issues work!

 

Still, I want to turn off these Issue types.

@Renzo_van_Rijswijk Issue fixed. You can now turn off the 'Design' type.
