Unable to Publish Drawings

I can’t able to publish the drawings. Please check and advise.

Hi @Bnilath,

 

  1. Which folder did you upload to? Project Files folder or Plans folder?
  2. Which file type did you upload? IFC?
  3. Which kind web browser did you use? IE 11/Edge/Chrome?

Hi @Bnilath,

 

What will happen if you click the "View" button on the publish center GUI? If all title-block attributes are successfully extracted, "Publish All" button should be enabled.

Hi @Bnilath,

 

We have reproduced the issue and are working on the hot-fix release.

 

Workaround before the hotfix release:

  1. Cancel the existing PDF jobs that stop at the Publish phase.
  2. Upload those pdf files again, but each batch should include less than 50 pdf files.

 

Note: The issue does not impact to other file type's upload and publish. Only PDF publishing on Plans folder is impacted.
