    What are you drinking?

Me? I've got a big tumbler of water and this morning's French pressed coffee still on my desk. A little boring, I know. If it's not coffee, it's authentic chai tea. The real stuff, not the syruppy junk you get at the shops of large coffee purveyors that shall remain nameless.

When it warms up a bit I'll be back to cold-pressed iced coffee and iced tea.

    What's in your cup today?

Right now a cup of Lord Buckly's English Breakfast Tea. A little late for breakfast on the east cost. But it suits me.

Normally I make coffee at home and bring a travel mug & a flask of it, so I can have one in the morning and one in the afternoon.  But a certain international fast-food restaurant is doing it's annual free coffee promotion this week.  It's free for a small, pay to upgrade.  I bought a large this morning; quoted as 27 cents.  But I only paid 25 c, since pennies are now obsolete.

Just finished my second round of berry/electrolyte flavored water (goes with spending an hour on the bike in my living room tonight).

But I'm amused to find I'm not the only chai snob.  Besides being hopped up on sugar, that other "chai" just isn't the same as the real thing.

Coffee. We're a coffee place here... folgers... medium dark. It's what the guys drank when I started working here, so I've been programmed since my youth. :smileywink:

I've wanted to get a French press... you can use that for cold coffee, too? I'd be down with that.

I do keep a few bags of green tea in my desk. We've got a hot-water tap in our kitchen, so, tea and cup o noodles are a piece of cake. I usually prefer the green tea with fruit added, orange or acai or something, just for the extra fragrance.

My husband only drinks imported black tea, but, I don't indulge in that often.

Drinking my tea again. I make a travel mug of coffee for the drive in. Then I may have one more at work, then switch to tea. We have a coffee service here. But a lot of people want to switch to a Keurig and bring you own. I have a small Keurig at home for the weekends. So I'd go for that. Then I could drink my Green Mountain - Dark Magic all the time.

Just finished my usual morning 2 cups of Maxwell house french roast - black.  I keep a jug of Tradewinds iced tea in the fridge here in case I feel the need later in the day.  Haven't had a pop in months.
