Tell Us a Little About Yourself

It’s easy to get into the habit of frequenting a local establishment without ever finding out who’s making your morning mocha. We don’t want that to be the way of things around these forums and hope you’ll take a minute to say hello and tell us a little about you. Need some help getting started? Here are a few questions for you:

  • What's your name?
  • Where do you hail from?
  • What is your profession and/or title?
  • What Autodesk product do you enjoy using most?
  • Where is your favorite spot to vacation?
  • What are you most proud of?

Ready? Set…SHARE!

Beautiful! I once canoed on the St. Croix. It was exhausting, but probably some of the best fun I've had. One of my favorite memories. You folks are making me nostalgic!

It's a shame floating around here has become a "get wasted before noon and dump all your trash in the river" party scene.  I remember floating as a kid with the folks, used to be really quiet, not a bar/club on each sand bar.  There is water patrol all over some of these rivers due to this.  Sneaky ones, too.

I know that's right, Adam.

I grew up in Southern California and haven't been back to any of my old childhood haunts, but, the ones around here I was on as a teenager have become just as you say. A bunch of annoying people mucking up the place.

Same for down at the Lake of the Ozarks, it gets a bit harder to find peace and quiet.

Oh, and I can sympathize with the soreness after a two day paddle... heh. That's rough on a desk jockey like me.

Congrats on many years as a firefighter. I have the utmost respect for you all.

Good friends of ours live in Verona and we always enjoy our visits to Maine.

I used to frame homes for a living. My wife never understood why I wanted to sit in the air conditioned cottage when we would go to the beach in the summer.

Nice area. My cousins live near there in Brooksville. I always wanted to visit the other side of Maine at Rangley Lake.

I get to Poughkeepsie often. That's where our regional NYSDOT office is.

I might have been the drunk guy yelling back or maybe it was one of my Russian friends. Those days are gone though.

Matt, that sounds really cool (way cooler than the ducts and pipes I used to draw... and the occasional cube farm I sketch out now).
