My new hobby, and dare I say it, addiction.
The Smoker (hardwood charcoal is the fuel, apple wood for smoke this time):

I've been pushing my husband to do more smoking (I don't have the time, myself) and he's made friends with a neighbor who is really into it and giving him tips. Once the snow melts, he'll have at it. 😉
