HELP! digtalriver ordering software

help! does anybody know how to get an online order expedited?

I paid for Plant design suite 3 days ago and haven't yet received my serial# or product code.

It is terribly frustrating dealing with an outsourced ordering system.

You should still be able to run the product for 30-days on trial, if it hasn't expired yet.
