I love peanut butter on toast... I never thought of grilling it...

PB on a piece of grilled Texas toast is super tasty! Sprinkle a tiny bit of sugar on top, or drizzle some honey...yum. Good snack!

I had an interesting sandwich last Friday. It was listed on the menu as a BLT. What it was, was;

pork Belly

Lettuce and

fried green Tomatoes -

with garlic mayo.

Delicious!

I was also in a supermarket and saw they were selling little pockets that you could slip your raw grilled cheese in to and cook in a wide mouth toaster.

That's a fancy BLT right there! Sounds delicious, though. I love fried green tomatoes.

I saw this post on Google+, saying it is national grilled cheese day. Wish I would've known and I wouldn't have planned scallops and baked brie and mushrooms for dinner tonight.

My new method is to use by George Foreman Grill to 'grill' the sandwiches: way faster, more even and cleanup is a breaze.

I also tried the waffle maker: ridges are fun.
