It would seem the "Quick Replies" aren't inserted between existing posts, which at least is a good thing.

Yes, Quick Replies seem to be basic plain text replies that you do in-place.

Hopefully the editor is fixed and doesn't crash when it goes "live" probably by next week. This is a quick reply to anyone subscribed to this thread, hopefully everyone gets the reply.

I noticed you were using opera as a browser this could be the source of the editor crash also note there is a autosave feature that will help recover some of your work should this happen in the future
