I made the apparent mistake of allowing Microsoft to update Windows Explorer to IE9, and now I am unable to post a reply that actually includes the message body.

I guess I understand why there were so many blank posts over the last month or so.

As is evident here, the suggestion in another post in this forum to turn on compatibility mode does allow the message body to make it through to the post.  That really should not be necessary.
