Hello Pier,
there are macros, both as vbs and in excel, doing similar of what you are asking for. It is called elementInfo.
The script was designed as an example and only supports circular (constant or tapered) sprue, runner and gate beam elements.
So not for cooling initially.
Anyway, I did a quick update so both scripts can handle Cooling circuit properties:
Channel, Hose, Baffle, Bubbler (circular beam elements as well) for the volume calculation.
Please, send me a mail and I will return the scripts to you.
