cooling inlet and outlet

Dear all,

 

I got a drawing from european company, there they  mentioned E1, S1 near the cooling channels. what is E1 and S1 means?

i need to assign the inlet to the coolant entry.

 

Please share your views. Attached is the picture

I guess

 

S1 means start

 

E1 menas end

E= Entrada (portuguese word)=Inlet

S= Saída= outlet

Hello Oliver,

 

This mold drawing was done in a design center in France. Will there be any short cut to name the coolant inlet as "S" and outlet as "E" in French?

In french, Sortie=outlet  Entrée = Inlet

I comfirm..

E1 is the first inlet

S1 is the first outlet
