Hello ,
I ran fill+pack+ warp analysis for an overmolded part . everything is ok up to Fill+ pack results but ones checking warp results it shows totally collapsed structure here i have included that result ...
why this is happen?

from this result seen, I assume you run Autodesk Simulation Moldflow Insight 2013.
