Velocity/Pressure switch over Query

Velocity & Pressure is necessary to push material during Injection process (before V/P switch over).

How do we consider this pressure in simulation? There is no “Pressure vs ram position” option in the simulation.

Please advice.

Your thesis isn´t correct, if I understood you right.

In the filling stage of the injection molding process only the velocity is necessary. The pressure is a result of the pressure loses in the runner systems and the part.

So the pressure is a result of your flow rate. The only thing you can do is to install a pressure limit. If you do this and the pressure limit is reached and the flow rate will be reduced.

To define a pressure limit in the calculation you can reduce the maximum injection pressure of your machine in the advanced options. This will have the same effect.
