Unrealistic Temperature plot

Hello,

In a simmetrical part, I observed an unrealistic flow front temperature difference. Please refer the attached images.

I have also included the snapshot of 3D mesh quality used.

Can someone comment, what could be the actual cause for this variation and how to fix it.

This is very common question, rises when you using 3d analysis.

Option 1- Re-mesh the part and re-run the analysis.

Option 2- Re-mesh with fine elements and don't correct much the mesh after converting to 3D.

Option 3- some variaitions, you can ignore and take decision, when you are sure, it is problem of 3d analysis .
