Temperature at flow front Query

Temperature at flow front should not drop certain level to prevent plastic frozen at flow front. What defect will happen if Temperature increases at Flow Front over the limit (Temperature increase might due to high shearing). Will it just cause material degrade but won’t be short shot? Please advice.

I dont think you will see short shots, but most likely you will see appearance concerns due to the excessive shear/material degradation: splay, etc.

Try to maintain temperature flow front value below Material's absolute temperature, No short-Shot will be seen but yaaah, surface defects will be seen .

As I think, short shot problem won't be there. In general, hesitation or shot shot may cause because of low temperature only and of course surface defect may take place there.
