I'm using Autodesk Moldflow Insight 2014. I'm doing some tests with the Optimization - DOE Builder tool to see if it's possible to implement it in the daily activities at our department, and I have a few questions about the output results of this analysis.
My first question is about the following plot: "Volumetric shrinkage at ejection(DOE): Response Surface Plot". What exactly is being measured in the "Z" axis? Is it the maximum standard deviation value for the whole part? Or is it the average volumetric shrinkage value for the whole part?
My second question refers to the plot "Volumetric shrinkage(DOE)". The volumetric shrinkage values showed in this plot refer to which moment of the process? At ejection?
