I would like to know in 3D Fill+Pack+warp analysis. I have seen "Incavity residual stress" results in DD mesh but it refers the residual stresses during molding and will not give a clear indication of stresses after molding.

I'm facing the same problem, and can't see to find my way out other than using a DD mesh for my part and assuming In cavity residual stress is the same as residual stress after molding.
