Hotfix DL20323299 for Parallelized 3D warp now available

Dear Moldflow users,

This is a quick note to let you know that a hotfix is available for a 3D warp issue. When 3D warp is used, using multiple threads, results in very extreme, in some exceptional cases the warpage results are extreme and unrealistic (several thousand mm deflections). The problem has been described in the blog post here.

The issue has been resolved in hotfix DL20323299 and can be downloaded from subscription center or from the support page (here).

The issue has been resolved on both Linux and Windows, The hotfix requires the product to be on Moldflow 2013 Service Pack 2. Please read the 'readme files', as they contain a description of the issue, as well as installation instructions.
