Few questions:
1) High quality molding (Part quality): High shear stress, End of flow cool down more than certain level might not get a “High quality molding”. Please advice “High quality” means? Is that referring good surface finishing or no bubbles?
2) Shadow Mark: Is anyway to simulate “Shadow Mark”? What is the root cause for “Shadow Mark”?
3) Machine capacity: How machine capacities affect simulation result? Could we always set it to max (ex: 7000 tonne)?
4) Tooling pressure: Normal tooling pressure set as 140MPa and better design limit is 100MPa (70%). Please advice whether 140MPa will vary due to injection machine capacity?
5) Mold Temp: What is the risk if Mold Temp set more than 100 degree?
6) Tooling orientation: Please advice whether tooling orientation need to be set up in Moldflow?
7) Blend: Normally do we need to remove product blend to improve the solving time. If do so, how it will affect our simulation result (ex: warpage)?
