3d meshed fill analysis running for ages without any "further improvement"

Hi Guys!

I am running the previously mentioned filling analysis with the complex 3d meshed part (appr. 6,2 million tetras). Moldflow (mhb3d.exe) is eating up 10,5 Gigs of RAM BUT uses only 13% of the CPU resources (6 cores). And the analysis has been running for almost 13 hours. And it is standing at 94%. And not moving further. Can anyone give me any advice/insight how to "make" this fill sim to finish? (It seems as if it had been sleeping. Just 13% CPU, 10,5 RAM. Nothing more, nothing less. And 94% for hours and hours.)
Would it help if I just killed the job at Job manager and restarted? (As I remember Insight can continue the stopped analysis...)
